KAS Staffing is currently seeking a Warranty Administrator to work with our home builder client located in Downsview, Ontario.

Job Details:

  • $16/hr
  • Monday to Friday - 9AM to 5PM
  • 40 hours per week
  • Paid every week
  • Located at Keeles and Highway 7
  • Paid weekly
  • Start immediately


  • Working on-site at new home development in warranty trailer
  • Completing and processing warranty orders from new home owners
  • Setting up warranty appointments
  • Communicating with home owners regarding status of their orders and answering any inquiries
  • General clerical duties such as emailing, answering phones, photocopying
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Must have at least 1 year of previous experience in warranty administration or working with a new homes construction company
  • Excellent organizational skills and able to multitask
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Able to work in a fast paced deadline driven environment
  • MUST have experience with REM software
  • Proficient with computer programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
