Are you someone who is fluent in both English & French and is looking for Customer Service work in the Mississauga area?

Bilingual Customer Service Representative needed immediately in Mississauga

$45K/year

Monday to Friday, Day shift (9:30am/10am start to 6:30pm/7pm)

Direct Hire position

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to all inquiries regarding orders, returns, shipment statuses, products and invoices
  • Enter orders into MOE system (Manual Order Entry)
  • Verify orders and expedite deliveries per customers request
  • Answer product questions and recommend products based on customer requirements
  • Resolve transaction discrepancies and customer complaints
  • Interact with sales representatives, customers and internal departments on a daily basis
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • 3+ years inbound call centre environment or equivalent experience
  • Bilingual in English and French
  • Previous sales experience an asset
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to make sound decisions
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong computer skills, with a proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook & Excel
  • Able to correspond/communicate to customers and staff in a professional manner
  • Able to maintain customer orientation & multi-task in a fast paced environment
