Construction Handymen needed in Whitby to complete warranty work on newly constructed homes

$23/hr ($30/hr for independent contractors with own WSIB coverage)

Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 5pm (finish at 4pm on Fridays)

Responsibilities:

• Completing warranty work on newly built homes
• Working with hand tools
• Perform PDI checklist (Framing, Insulation, Before Carpet, After Carpet)
• Perform assessments of finishes in newly constructed homes ensuring readiness of pre-delivery presentation
• Conduct pre-delivery presentation with purchasers, document purchaser requests and deficiencies

Requirements:

• Must have own hand and power tools
• Must have own vehicle
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Previous experience with Tarion/warranty work preferred
