Are you a skilled bilingual communicator with experience in high-pressure environments? We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our client in transportation/logistics. This role primarily involves managing operations in the Quebec/Montreal region, handling communications with both customers and carriers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage transportation logistics issues such as delays, breakdowns, and service disruptions
- Communicate effectively via phone and email in both English and French
- Data entry and maintenance of shipment records
- Serve as the main point of contact between dispatch, customers, and carriers
- Troubleshoot and resolve service-related issues promptly and professionally
Qualifications:
- Bilingual (English/French) required
- Experience in a fast-paced CSR or dispatch role, ideally within transportation
- Knowledge of TruckMate software is strongly preferred
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure
