Salary: $50,000/year to start + 4% vacation pay + paid stat holidays

Are you a skilled bilingual communicator with experience in high-pressure environments? We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our client in transportation/logistics. This role primarily involves managing operations in the Quebec/Montreal region, handling communications with both customers and carriers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage transportation logistics issues such as delays, breakdowns, and service disruptions
  • Communicate effectively via phone and email in both English and French
  • Data entry and maintenance of shipment records
  • Serve as the main point of contact between dispatch, customers, and carriers
  • Troubleshoot and resolve service-related issues promptly and professionally

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual (English/French) required
  • Experience in a fast-paced CSR or dispatch role, ideally within transportation
  • Knowledge of TruckMate software is strongly preferred
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure
