Customer Service Representative needed immediately in Ottawa
$23.50/hr
Monday to Friday, Day Shift (7am to 4:30pm)
Responsibilities:
- Assist commercial and residential customers in person, by phone and online
- Process orders, manage inventory and merchandising
- Building strong relationships and supporting sales growth opportunities
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of CSR, retail or wholesale experience
- Green industry knowledge is an asset
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to learn new systems
- Good decision making ability
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- High School diploma or equivalent
