Dispatcher needed immediately in Brampton
$23/hr
Monday to Friday, Day Shift (9am to 5:30pm)
Responsibilities:
- Manage dispatch counter and assist walk-in drivers
- Direct drivers within the yard for loading and unloading
- Coordinate deliveries and pickups
- Track and manage PODs (proof of delivery) using Track Pod system
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Prior Dispatching experience preferred
- Experience with Dynamics 365 and POD systems is an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and strong attendance record
- Quick learner with the ability to multitask and stay focused (no cell phone use during working hours)
- Must be able to stand on your feet for the entirety of your shift
