Powder Coater/Machine Operator needed immediately in Brampton
$19 – $22/hr
Monday to Friday, Day Shift (9am to 5pm)
Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces (cleaning, sanding, masking) for coating
- Operate powder coating equipment (including spray guns and curing ovens)
- Apply coatings evenly and consistently to ensure optimal quality coverage and finish
- Conduct inspections of coated products to identify defects or inconsistencies
- Collaborate and assist team members in assembly and fabrication of components, utilizing hand and power tools
- Other warehouse duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year machine operator experience
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools
- Must be able to pick materials from the warehouse storage racks for painting and pack/ship finished orders
- Familiarity with reach truck/dock stocker operation for material handling an asset
- Experience with machine processes is a plus
