Job Title: Production Associate
Location: Trenton, ON
Shifts: Must be available for All shifts; 2-week rotation MAD schedule
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Transportation: Must have reliable transportation (not accessible by public transportation)
Footwear: Steel-toed footwear required
Physical Requirements:
- Willing and able to perform physical work and lift up to 30 lbs
- Repetitive tasks involving standing, sitting, twisting, and lifting
- Note: This position is not suitable for students
Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Assemble parts accurately according to specifications
- Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to standards
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment
- Assist in other areas of production as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions
